Carolina BTS was established in 2001 by Wayne Emerine. Although the firm has grown quite a bit, Wayne continues to work daily with clients.

Gina has been with Carolina BTS for two years and during this short tenure has become an invaluable member of the team.
Daniel has been with Carolina BTS for nearly ten years. He works with many of our clients and is one of the firms Enrolled Agents.
Robin’s experience working with three Fortune 500 firms, her custom approach to client services, and contagious enthusiasm are invaluable additions to the team.
Business owner, Wayne Emerine, has been a business owner for over 20 years founding multiple companies that have grown from start up to over $20,000,000 in sales. This enables him to bring a vast amount of experience not only as a CPA, but also as a business owner. He’s been “in the trenches” and brings all this experience to each client engagement. Wayne’s credentials include the following.
When not in the office or meeting with clients, you’ll likely find Wayne on the golf course. He loves the game and plays as often as possible.
Gina Snyder has been with Carolina Bookkeeping over 2 years and has worked in various fields of business for many years. Gina is currently studying for her Associates Degree in Accounting and Finance with plans to continue her education further. In addition to her work at Carolina BTS, she serves as a Notary Public in North Carolina.
Gina lived in the Pinehurst, NC area for over 18 years before returning to her hometown of Eden, NC where she remains very active in the church she was raised in.
Gina and her husband, Bobby have been married for 21 years, have a daughter and two grandchildren. In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Daniel Humble has over 17 years experience in the accounting industry and has been with Carolina Bookkeeping, Tax & Business Services since 2010. Daniel grew up in Greensboro, NC and graduated from Ben L. Smith High School. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Accounting.
Daniel is an Enrolled Agent who is able to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service to resolve tax problems including collections, audits and appeals.
Daniel has been married to Andrea for 14 years and they have a daughter, Allie. Daniel enjoys serving others in many ways at his church. He also enjoys spending time with his family and all kinds of sports.
Robin brings over ten years experience from three Fortune 500 financial institutions as well as experience in Wall Street’s financial sector. She is a North Carolina Piedmont native and 1996 non-traditional graduate of UNC-Greensboro Bryan School of Business and Management.
As a team member of Carolina Bookkeeping, Robin takes great pride in giving clients first class customer service with NO cookie-cutter approach. She believes that customer care is as individual as we are.
Robin is a breast cancer survivor, a daughter, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, an active member of Rockingham County and a problem solver. Her knowledge and contagious enthusiasm adds value to each clients she engages with.
When not working with clients Robin can also be found on the golf course. She shares Wayne’s passion for the game and never passes up a chance to get a round in.
